General Studies- 3 strategy:
Gs-3 is comparatively tougher subject when compared to other GS paper. Especially for the people from arts background feel little difficulty. This paper can be studied mainly through internet, topic-wise, which is again difficult for Kannada medium students. This section focuses on basics of S &T and you can expect direct questions. Like National policy on S &T, or on digital divide etc. So each word in the syllabus is important and you must know at least something about each word. Simultaneously even all static part should be referred. Shankar IAS book will help you a lot. But study selected topics as per syllabus from this book.
